Use Forgot Password to reset your password via email.

How do I change my email or name?

Go to Profile → Personal Info and update your profile data, then save changes.

Which exams do you cover?

We focus on IELTS, SAT, TOEFL, AP, ACT, plus writing and admission skills.

Do courses include certificates?

Yes. After completing key milestones, you can generate verifiable certificates in your dashboard.

Can I study offline?

Some materials are downloadable. Videos require connection for DRM. We plan to add offline mode later.

How do I get mentor support?

Use the Mentor section in your dashboard to book sessions or chat with AI Mentor for quick help.

What payment methods are supported?

We support major cards and local providers depending on your region.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. You can switch plans or cancel anytime from the Billing page in your dashboard.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled case‑by‑case. Contact support within 7 days of purchase.

Do prices include taxes (VAT)?

Taxes may apply depending on your country. Final amount is shown at checkout.

Where can I download invoices?

Go to Dashboard → Billing to view and download invoices for each payment.

Why videos don’t play or load slowly?

Check your connection, try a different browser, or lower the quality. If the issue persists, contact support.

Do you have a mobile app?

Mobile app is in development. For now, the web app is optimized for phones and tablets.

How do I clear cache if something looks broken?

Try hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) or clear browser cache for the site and reload.
